Stained Glass & Pens

Stained glass is a very ancient art but I have brought it into the present by using the glass in ways the ancients never thought of.
I love to look at a piece of flat stained glass, hold it up to the light and see the pattern in it and then see in my minds-eye what I could make out of it. Sometimes it becomes a flower, sometimes it becomes a lampshade or a nightlight.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts of Irish/English parents some 76 years ago. After high school I went into the convent for 11 years, went to college and became a registered nurse. I then came home and later married my husband. We have been married 45 years.
Besides making Stained Glass items I play the electric organ. Songs from the 70's and 80's and 90's are my favorites. It is only for my friends and relatives enjoyment. You won't be seeing me playing on the stage anytime soon. Having a site on Etsy has allowed me to have my original designs of Stained Glass products go all over the world.
