I am actually happy to give you a response on services I receive from ADT. “I am extremely delighted with your services”. I have placed calls with questions on operation and functions of my system and on occasion my alarm was activated in error and the response time has been right on point in every instance. I received a call without delay and the individuals have been exceptionally pleasant, calm and clearly understood every time. (Thank you for using staff that speak and understand English thoroughly). My rating was only a 4 star as I am still waiting for bonus rewards for referrals to family and friends. When told there will be a financial reward for referring, we look for that reward (be it credit or monetary). So I bumped you down one point for not doing as promised. Without this you would have been absolutely 5 stars in my book, if not for your failure to reward your customers when promised
