NorthStar Transitions

NorthStar Transitions is substance abuse treatment and sober living community for men and women 18-35 in the Boulder area. Where other treatment centers focus on group therapy and activities, we take the time to create an individual treatment plan for each of our clients, addressing their unique needs through our extensive nine month therapy program. Studies have shown countless times that short-term treatment for chronic addictions just aren't effective, so we've designed our program to not only guide our clients through a 90 day stay in our sober living homes, but also well beyond as they reintegrate back into their own private housing and communities.
