Be Mindful Bodywork offers Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage & Bodywork that allows for stress reduction, pain relief and a mind body connection. Jenny uses a fusion of modalities throughout each session to bring each client a focused successful treatment.

Therapeutic massage differs from relaxation massage and can be just as relaxing, but the end goal of the session or series of sessions is to promote healing to soft tissue disorders such as back pain, tension headaches, frozen shoulder, sciatica, plantar fasciitis and more.
