We meet and work with our ranchers to make sure that you’re receiving the highest quality items from humanely treated animals. We offer in-house cut raw meats that change daily, and typically include lamb, beef, and pork. Our customers love our deli meats -- which are all brined, rubbed, smoked, and roasted in-house. And if you’re looking for a bite to eat, try out our Candied Pork Belly Bánh mí or Smoked Pork Shoulder sandwich.

We’re lucky to live in a region that provides some of the world’s best beers and wines, and we are proud to show them off. With an 8 tap growler station and over 24 labels of wine -- our beverage choices are hand-selected and curated by our owner.
