By far the worst and most dishonest company I've dealt with. The salesman who installed my system said they would move it for free as many times as needed in the three year contract. He failed to mention that they would automatically renew my contract for an additional three years EVERY time they moved it. Last year I moved and cannot have a security system in my new place. They have been charging me $50 each month for the last year for a system that is not even hooked up!!! When trying to cancel, they told me I had to pay half of the remaining balance of the contact that mysteriously "restarted" after moving. As a customer service manager myself, I am enraged by a company that can steal and lie to customers like ADT does.
