Spent an hour and 20 minutes on hold waiting for an ADT service rep to answer the phone They told me it would be 3 weeks before someone could come repair it At the time I asked the customer care rep about certain new features that I saw advertised They told me they could make me appointment for the next day for an upgrade And I said you can come out tomorrow if I upgrade my system but for 3 weeks to fix my current system. I no longer trust ADT. They are really good about installing a system They are not Customer Care Friendly when it comes to repairing their system
