Joe Sandefur received his B.A. in English from Rollins College and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Mr. Sandefur is a former Assistant Solicitor with the 15th Judicial Circuit and practiced with a preeminent insurance defense law firm. Mr. Sandefur represented insureds in complex litigation matters including catastrophic personal injury and multi-party construction defect claims.

Mr. Sandefur now represents individuals who have suffered injury or loss by the fault of others. When not practicing, Mr. Sandefur spends time on the Inlet with his wife, Megan, and two children, Lily and Jackson. Martin Linder Stark is a partner of Parsons, Ouverson, Stark, Guest and Sandefur, P.A. where he practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, Social Security disability, workers compensation, real estate and real estate litigation. A member of the South Carolina Bar, Mr. Stark is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina. Mr. Stark has extensive experience in civil issues and has been actively litigating cases since 1995.

A member of the American Bar Association and the Horry County Bar Association, Mr. Stark graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wofford College in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Business Economics. In 1995, he earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
