Olinsky Law Group was founded in 1990. Howard Olinsky formed the firm after four successful years as a general practice attorney who also handled social security disability cases. Starting with hearing level social security cases and a small appellate practice, we grew to become solely focused on Disability Law. Our practice is limited to Disability Law. With a record of successfully representing claimants at hearings and on appeals, we grew from a regional law firm to a super-regional disability law firm.
