I have been advising clients in the purchase and sale of real estate as a licensed salesperson, and Realtor, since 1989, establishing, with my father & partner, Tom Murphy, The Murphy Team, which now numbers 10 people. I am licensed in Maryland and Washington, D.C., and I have team members licensed in Virginia.



After 10 years at PARDOE Real Estate in Georgetown, The Murphy Team moved to Foggy Bottom, under Long and Foster's brokerage. This move, into an easily accessed shop at 2423 Pennsylvania Ave, right above "One Fish, Two Fish," and just one block to George Washington University's campus has enabled us to serve our Foggy Bottom and West End constituents, as well as our Dupont Circle and Georgetown clientele with ease. Parking is relatively available, and pedestrian visits are encouraged.
