Occupying three floors of a renovated 1920s-era residential brownstone, Blu on Park fuses the glamour of the Prohibition era with a sleek sense of style and a contemporary menu from chef Russell Rosenberg. In keeping with the building’s history and natural grace, Blu on Park has the feel of a sophisticated steakhouse, enhanced with custom-made blue and gold detailing throughout the first-floor bar and lounge, the opulent mezzanine dining area, and the third floor private and large-scale dining rooms.

Blu on Park offers a wide array of steaks and seafood, along with an extensive raw bar and various Champagnes and wines from around the world. We invite you to join us for a luxurious evening of oysters on the half shell, a grilled dry-aged porterhouse or bone-in tomahawk ribeye for two, or sauteed black sea bass and butter-poached lobster, followed by a classic Grand Marnier and another glass of bubbles.
