Tufts Medical Center Community Care, formerly Hallmark Health Medical Associates (HHMA), is a multi-specialty medical group comprised of more than 90 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants providing patient care in north suburban Boston. Our specialties include family and internal medicine, OB/GYN, gastroenterology, endocrinology, surgery, breast health, hematology and oncology, neurology and neurosurgery, and infectious diseases.
