The stylish and savvy founder of Olive and Sinclair, Scott Witherow puts the "art" in artisan. After years of experimentation, he has truly cultivated the craft of creating sinfully smooth chocolate. Made locally, Olive and Sinclair chocolate is made with only the highest quality cacao, which is slow roasted and finally ground with pure brown sugar to garner the most robust flavors. The goods are then paired with gourmet ingredients such as salt and pepper, coffee, Mexican chili and even southern inspired infusions like bourbon brittle. These chocolate bars don't need a golden ticket to win our approval.
