Afsaneh Latifi

Dr. Afsaneh Latifi is a leading provider of essential podiatry services for patients throughout the Lenox Hill and the New York City area. At Lenox Hill Podiatry, Dr. Latifi offers medical care for warts, toenail fungus with innovative laser therapy, ankle sprains, heel pain, ingrown toenails, and also provides KeryFlex which is an artificial nail treatment.
Dr. Latifi is a 1995 graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and has completed internships at several hospitals in Brooklyn and Queens, along with an externship with Brighton University in the UK. Dr. Latifi has been living in the Upper East Side community of Manhattan, where she is dedicated as a Podiatrist to help patients dealing with an array of foot and ankle issues. Prior to opening her office on the Upper East Side, Dr. Latifi worked in several local hospitals as an Attending Physician. She is of the firm belief that a doctor and patient become a team when treatment starts and that the goal is always finding the most effective and healing treatment for the patient.


In addition to operating her practice, Dr. Latifi has also volunteered as a podiatrist in the NY and Boston Marathons as part of a medical team and has dedicated her time to work as a Medical Assistant in both Haiti and Guyana. She is fluent in English, German, and Farsi.
