I am a counsellor and psychotherapist who has worked in the field of personal transformation and emotional health for over 20 years. Working in Harrogate and covering the surrounding areas I can provide you with a safe space from which to take a fresh look at your life. To talk freely and openly about your thoughts, feelings and concerns in a way which is rarely possible in our daily life.My approach to counselling incorporates Mindfulness meaning that it focuses on the present moment awareness, not the past or future, helping to encourage you to cultivate awareness, compassion and friendleness towards ourselves helping to provide a clearer perspective on any difficulties and possible ways forward.
