Teriyaki Madness

My name is Matthew Skibicki and I am the franchise owner of Teriyaki Madness Pine Lake in Lincoln, Nebraska. I'm also a father to a 3 year old car lover and a fiance to a beautiful, loving woman. I have lived in Lincoln for 29 years and I opened this shop in April 2016. I wanted to bring something new to Lincoln that we really didnt have, while at the same time being able to offer a healthy option while also maintaining excellent bold flavors! Our portion sizes are huge and our price points are extremely fair. 8 ounce of meat, rice (or noodles), and a side of veggies all custom cooked to your specificaton. How can you go anywhere else?!?!
