The world is filled with beautiful people, moments and places. It’s up to us really, how much we appreciate them and want to keep them close in our hearts and memories. I fell in love with my camera for exactly this reason: it is a wonderful tool to keep so many happy feelings and occasions alive through the years, generations and, well, LIFE. It is not the only way, but it is a great one!

I find it absolutely astounding that a camera can capture emotions so well. Photographs can make us smile and laugh (or even cry: hopefully the happy tears!) many years later. Even though I look at photography as an art and always strive to be able to capture the beautiful side of life in its most authentic and original way, I have to admit that I do love candid photography too. There is something so real and honest about unposed pictures that often they can give any piece of art a run for its money.
