Novu Sushi is the new high-end sushi restaurant here in Peoria, IL! We have always felt that Peoria needed a good, high-end restaurant, and now we are proud to present our menu with the freshest fish, the finest chef from Tokyo, Japan, and our clean environment. We received a 100 on our health inspection, which we value highly because, aside from great taste and timely service, our customers’ health is the most important thing to us.We make sure our seafood is the freshest we can find! Depending on what is fresh at the time, we order our salmon from Scotland or Alaska, our tuna from the continental U.S. or Hawaii, yellowtail from Japan, and red snapper from Hawaii. Our fish is flown in every other day to guarantee freshness.We also offer the finest Steaks, Chicken dishes, Lamb chops, Craft cocktails and many items for those that prefer not to eat seafood.
