The Health Center at Standifer Place

The Health Center at Standifer Place (HCSP) is located on a beautiful 40 acre campus near Hamilton Place Mall in scenic Chattanooga, Tennessee. Located on the campus is a 474 bed skilled nursing center, Assisted Living, Adult Day Care, Independant Living, and Assistive Services home and cummunity based services.

The Health Center at Standifer Place has evolved into a unique, comprehensive facility. From home care to compassionate hospice care, HCSP provides options for successive stages of life and changing levels of ability.

Residents have convenient access to services on the journey from home care to long-term care, all on one campus. Services include Alzheimer’s care in a secured environment, on-site professional medical services, falland wound prevention programs, therapeutic recreation, and a dedicated respiratory therapy wing. The rehabilitation department provides extensivephysical, occupational and speech therapy.

A multi-tiered staff of professionals provides comprehensive medical care. Licensed Physicians and Nurse Practitioners are available on a full-time basis. Registered nurses, assisted by LPN’s and CNA’s are scheduled 24/7. The nutritional services department customizes dietary care plans to address specific health issues and to aid in recovery.
