We are the only affiliated & certified Bikram Yoga studio in Columbia. Located on Forest Drive, we offer 18 classes per week of the most comprehensive & effective hot yoga in the world & 7 classes per week of Inferno Hot Pilates. Bikram Yoga is the “original” HOT yoga.
