ISHIN is a modern-Japanese style restaurant. We encourage our servers to engage with our guests to help guide them to an optimal and fun experience in our restaurant. In addition to our well-regarded sushi offerings, which includes an assortment of appetizers, rice bowls, maki (rolls) and sashimi, we feature a wide array of hot dishes as well. ISHIN offers soups and salads which feature our own home-made broths and dressings, and we also offer an extensive list of tempura dishes. Beyond the incredibly fresh sushi, the menu features a variety of hot and cold a'la carte items and offers many choices for vegetarians as well as non-seafood eaters.
