Premier Family Medical: American Fork

Premier Family Medical is a physician group that has been serving Northern Utah County for FOUR generations! We are a group of Family Physicians and ancillary care providers. All of our physicians have graduated from medical school and have completed a minimum of three years specializing in the art of Primary Care Medicine. All are Board Certified in Family Medicine, which indicates that they completed an approved residency program in that specialty and have passed all of their board exams. They also remain board certified by taking their specialty exams every 7 years to show that they have maintained their skills and knowledge in the ever changing field of medicine. Our ancillary care providers are Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants. They also have all completed bachelor degrees of at least 4 years and then specialized in working under the supervision of Family Medicine Physicians to provide you with skilled Primary Care.

Our doctors provide care out of all of the hospitals in Utah County to assist you in satisfying your insurance demands. We provide a wide variety of medical care that extends from birth, delivery of children, to geriatrics (care for the aged). Many of our doctors have received extra training and are board certified in other fields i.e. emergency medicine, geriatrics, OB, flight surgery to mention a few. We also have female physicians and nurse practitioners to meet the needs of our female population that prefer a female provider.

Premier also has an extensive referral program to get you to the necessary subspecialist when you need care beyond what we are capable of doing. We have on site lab testing, x-rays, heart monitoring, asthma treatment equipment, IV fluid capabilities, allergy and casting equipment. As a service to you, our office billing department is willing to help you with your insurance billing and deal with employers when there are job related injuries. They can advise you concerning any insurance questions and deductibles. We are located in five convenient offices.
