Pam received a BS Degree, with Honors, from Michigan State University and was awarded a MS Degree in Special Education. Pam holds a Certificate in Interior Design and owns a small design company. She has a discerning eye that allows her to assess a property’s true value. With her artistic abilities, Pam can expertly impart advice on staging, remodeling, and interior design.

Mary Jane McCarthy (M.J.) has extensive college and professional experience. She holds an Associate of Science Degree from Long Beach City College and attended Long Beach State University.

She learned to work directly with the public as a Radiologic Technologist for Kaiser Permanente and later as a Corporate, Flight Attendant for Avjet Corporation where clientele ranged from the top Fortune 500 to movie industry giants. Her acute ability to sense clients’ diverse and often demanding needs made her most the requested member of staff.

In 1980 she began her extensive Real Estate career. As part owner of Interoceanic Real Estate Development, she assisted in the purchasing and development of both commercial and residential properties throughout the Tri-Counties of Southern California. She also gained great understanding of mapping, building codes, city and county processing, land development and the entitlement process.

As a Licensed Independent Real Estate Professional she is a member of the Laguna Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and nearing completion of her GRI Designation.
