As an Endocrinologist I believe in the uniqueness of each human being. I am also a clinician who practice evidence based medicine and follow guidelines as documented by the various endocrine societies. In general, the one size fits all approach does not work in medicine, and in particular for endocrine disorders, but keeping in mind objective data guides clinicians in their decisions.
