Hands down the best gym I have ever joined. The owners, classes, and instructors are all amazing. The owners are awesome and truly care about their gym and members. They offer all kinds of perks, and incentives. The classes are fun and challenging. Always guaranteed a great workout. The instructors are very friendly, fun and motivate you to work hard. They help to ensure you are doing the moves right and also give you great modifications if needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great fun workout.

ILoveKickboxing Roseville is amazing. I have been a member since May and the excitement and desire to go to class has not decreased one bit. I love going to class even though it's a crazy tough first 15 minutes of warming up. I fight through it to get to the crazy tough fun part of bag rounds. Every class is different and they are always incorporating new moves and combos. I feel myself getting stronger every class and I have no doubt I will reach all my fitness goals. The instructors are all super friendly, funny, and motivating and the owners are very nice. All fitness levels are welcome and there is no judgement felt if you have a long way to go. The gym itself is very nice and the locker room and bathrooms are very clean. I'm so happy I found ILKB Roseville. I now have a place to relieve my stress, have fun, and get the best workout! No more boring workouts at the gym for me.

I have been a member for a little over two months and I love ilovekickboxing! It is a fantastic workout and I’ve never sweated so much in my life! I was hooked from my very first class…I was looking for something that I wouldn’t get bored with. Other gyms and my at home work-outs just couldn’t keep my interest or keep me motivated. I can’t believe I’ve gotten into the habit of waking up at 5:30am to go to the early class…I’ve never been able to do that without a struggle. I love that kickboxing requires me to focus. For an hour, whatever problems I may have outside of the studio disappear as I concentrate on perfecting the combos! I always leave with a smile on face and an amazing feeling that I did something awesome for myself. The instructors are always upbeat, encouraging, and always greeting you when you arrive. It’s like a family! You can also purchase apparel, hand wraps, etc. from their selection of merchandise.

Killer workout! Left me feeling empowered and strong yet exhausted all at the same time! Great instructors that really help you to achieve your goals and make sure you are safe and using proper form! The facility is clean and well maintained. There is all levels of people on their fitness journey so it's not intimidating. I love kickboxing!!!!!!

I've never been one to take classes but I thought I would try this one out! I've always been self conscious about exercising in front of people. I have to say this is one of the best workouts I've ever done. The instructors push you and keep you on track. They consistently monitor your bag work to make sure you are positioned correctly so you don't injure yourself. Everyone is there to get a good work out and be supportive. It is a definite must try workout!

I absolutely love this place! The studio is always clean and inviting and the staff are amazing! They welcome you with a smile and make the workout so much fun! It's a great full body workout and keeps you motivated. It's never boring so you will look forward to every class and keep wanting more, even when you're sore from the previous workout!

I have been procrastinating on committing to a physical activity for quite some time. But I finally feel like I found something I can stick to and enjoy. The energy and enthusiasm, along with the friendly and encouraging instructors, cool atmosphere and other kick boxers, I actually look forward to feeling the ache of a workout! I tried many gyms in the past years. I would be motivated for a short time to get my workout in but than I would put my workouts off for next day or the day after that finding myself never going back. When ILKB opened up down the street from where I live I knew I had to give it at least a try. So I signed up and now anxious to start feeling the burn of the intense workouts I keep hearing about. It has me pumped up. LET'S DO THIS!

This place was awesome!! Was super nervous to try it out, but the environment of iLoveKickboxing was so fun, friendly, and fast-paced that my insecurities quickly slipped away. I had a great time and cannot wait to come back :)

Kickboxing has always drew our attention from the start. We were excited when iLoveKickboxing, Roseville finally opened especially down the street from us that was a major plus for us. The manager Jessica is AWESOME she's easy to communicate with when needed which is a plus. We can't wait to get theses classes started. If you love kickboxing as much as we do than this is the place to go and get motivated. We LOVE the challenges.

“ILoveKickboxing has changed my life. The staff are so amazing and very motivating, they really care about the people that come in. Not because they are paid to be there, they really care if you make your goals, or even to help you decide what your goal is. The staff are so friendly to everyone no matter who you are and with each other. No competing with each other like other gyms, they are always positive and eager to help each and every person reach their goals. I have been going for about 1 and a half months just in that little amount of time I have went from a small to an extra small and not only lost weight but gained the muscle, I can see the my abs forming like I want. I also have really bad asthma and this has help big time with being able to breathe and get it under control. The place is very clean and ergo friendly. As for the workouts they are the best, they change the warm ups and add different workouts to keep us on our toes. If you want a workout that is fun hard and helps relieve stress this is for you. I Love “I love Kickboxing Roseville” I want a place I feel comfortable at and safe, a place that cares if I am there or not, a place that wants to see me make all my goals. This is why I come back, its not just another gym, they become family and hold me to what my goals are. I can’t recommend it enough!!!!!

I just love this place and the people that work here. I'm not a gym person.....But I can't wait to come to each of the classes. The staff here are very friendly and energetic. They make sure that everyone is involved with the classes and everyone gets to know each other. This is a great place for a fantastic workout.

I really love I Love Kickboxing! It is a fun workout!! So much better than just running on a treadmill I feel like I get an all around great workout that kicks by butt! The instructors are really nice and friendly and motivating!

This is an awesome place to workout!!! The trainers motivate you, awesome music to workout to, and best of all you will see the results. Class starts with about 15 minutes of nonstop warm-up activities (running, push-ups, burpees, squats, planks, sit-ups, lunges - you name it) followed by stretching. Then you have bag work and usually you end with partner drills. Time goes fast once you're motivated and having fun working out.

I LOVE ilovekickboxing! So much fun, and a GREAT workout too! Get ready to be sore! The gym is very clean, and the floor is cleaned several times a day. There are a lot of little extras in the bathroom and locker room, that one might have forgotten. The staff is SUPER nice and make you feel right at home.

I Love Kickboxing Roseville has a great facility - bright and roomy workout area, super clean locker rooms and bathrooms. It's a really welcoming atmosphere, staff greets you with a smile. There's even a great pro-shop to buy hand wraps and workout gear. The music is fun and upbeat. Instructors are friendly and motivating. The kickboxing workout is no joke - it's thorough and challenging! Once you get the hang of it, you'll strive to improve your form with the help of the great instructors! I love the class format and never have to force myself to go to class, which is so huge for me! My stamina and flexibility is improving, however the best part is the stress relief! It’s an hour of a really hard work out with long lasting benefits, I feel so great afterwards! I have tried several different workout routines throughout my years and have never been more excited about ilovekickboxing! I burn at least 900 calories every class and leave knowing I got a kick-a$$ workout!!! Its very clean, the staff are super motivated and make class enjoyable. Can't wait to go back and hit that bag!

The best way to stay active and healthy is definitely doing kickboxing and more on iLoveKickboxing, the attention of the instructors is great, they always bring that energy and transmit it, they are always aware of what you need, it is the best choice I could take, I love it.

I was sold on ILK my first class! The instructors are energetic, fun, and you can tell they genuinely care. The best part about being a memeber is it doesnt just stop with the classes. They create challenges that you can join that push you to do better outside of class as well! Its exactly the kick in the butt I needed to get and stay motivated! The support you get from other members as well is awesome!

Ilovekickboxing Roseville has wonderful instructors who keep you motivated and enjoying your workout. Being pregnant with my second child I want to stay fit and healthy during this pregnancy and this place does it for me! The facility is clean and welcoming. iLoveKickboxing – Roseville is so much fun. Every class is a challenge but it’s a good challenge and I feel like I’ve accomplished something at the end. The workouts are different every week. Which is great because I don’t get bored, but I have a week to learn all the moves. The teachers are amazing. They will chat with your before or after class and during class they are encouraging and keep you motivated. I also love that during the class there are always at least two instructors and they will go around and correct your form and give you tips to help you do the moves right. I love it, I can’t wait for the next class.

I was so excited when iLoveKickboxing, Roseville finally opened! I gained over 80lbs when I got pregnant with my daughter and was struggling to get the last 30lbs off. Managing working full-time and being a new mom- iLovekickboxing was just what I needed. An intense cardio/strength training program rolled into an hour! The atmosphere is fun and the staff are excited to be there. With a commitment with 3x a week, I am already seeing results! Feeling strong and healthy makes me more confident to be the best mom I can be! My 1 hour session is one of the highlights of my day- I get to have "me" time while rocking out to fun music and getting in shape at the same time! I couldn't recommend it enough!
