Upon your first visit, you will be provided hand wraps, gloves, and instructions. We'll help you learn the basics and you will always have a dedicated trainer working right beside you. We switch up our workouts every day to target different muscles and to prevent members from getting bored. Every 3 minutes you get a new station with a new challenge!
