Anatoly came to our apartment to assess the amount of stuff we had and gave a fair, competitive quote for the whole shebang. He's experienced in moving locally or cross country and comes with insurance for any mishaps that may occur (fortunately none did). On the day of the move, 5 gentlemen and him arrived early and went at it. In two hours, all our things were loaded into their truck and they were gone. Unlike some other moving companies who cram your stuff into a truck then storage facility for several weeks, they got our things to our new home in 2.5 days so from Saturday to Monday morning, they were on the road. They came early yet again (wonderful surprise) and unloaded all with only 2 Ukrainian guys in 45 minutes. Nothing was broken (a shame since I really wanted to toss a couch and ottoman from the 80s but my husband has sentimental value to that -_-) and everything dropped off in place where instructed. I paid them as previously discussed, gladly gave tips, and a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts as a bonus.
