ALLIED PACKING AND RUBBER, INC

The owner of Allied Packing & Rubber, Inc. has over 50 years of experience in the gasket and packing business. He started out as an employee of a sealing company located in San Francisco. Through hard work, a passion for excellence, and dedication he became a partner of the company when they opened a branch in Southern California.

In the early days he would take a notepad and pencil and go aboard ships in the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. He would meet with the crew members and write down what gaskets, hoses or packing the engineers were going to need for their upcoming journey at sea.

This practice continued for many years and helped grow a successful fluid sealing business. In 1995, he purchased the Southern California branch located in Long Beach, California and started Allied Packing & Rubber, Inc.

Business in the port has evolved technologically, and ship chandlers now take the orders from the ships electronically. What hasn't changed is that many of the quality hoses, gaskets, packing, seals and gasket sheets being loaded on-board the ships in the ports come from Allied Packing and Rubber, Inc.

The company has since expanded to supply a multitude of other businesses like industrial repair shops, oil companies, sport fishing companies, piping houses, food service companies and governmental agencies such as cities, water and power departments, county sanitation departments, and many other entities.

Allied Packing's longevity in the industry is a testament to our dedication to our customers. We love our customers and we strive for excellence in everything we do.
