Dance Central is a special place, where people come together to learn about dance and life. We are family, together we can do anything!

Dance Central, located in historic downtown Cambridge since 1977, offers a wide variety of dance instruction to children and adults of all ages. Dance is a great way to keep active, learn to express oneself, build confidence, and develop a life-long passion. We specialize in teaching students good dance technique, life-long work habits, and respect for themselves and others. We offer affordable classes with our family and multi-class discounts.

There's no end to the fun at Dance Central! Students will participate in several annual performances – a great way to have fun, show what they've learned, and build their self-confidence! We feature 2 performance groups in addition to our standard classes – Performing Company and Thunder. In order to ensure consistent training, we are open year-round.
