Intense training in Coral Springs, Florida is a 2100 square foot facility that offers clients the amenities of a big gym in a more personal way.

After 13 years, we are continuing to grow with 6 trainers who have multiple degrees and certifications with over 125 years of total experience. We have both men and female trainers who work with physical limitations.

Intense Training is available for all levels and ages, children to seniors. You’ll achieve your goals and we will help you through your challenges.
