Jill is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law and a Florida Supreme Court Certified family mediator and has been practicing family law in Florida for more than 11 years.

I provide legal services to individuals in a divorce or other family law matters. I provide competent and compassionate services. I am board certified by the Florida Bar in marital and family law, which means I am considered a specialist in marital and family law. I am also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. Lastly, I have been trained in Collaborative Divorce. My business has three aspects. First, I represent a spouse or a parent in the divorce or other family law matter. I only provide non-litigation services. Which means I represent them in a collaborative divorce or pre-suit or cooperative. Second, I can act as a mediator. I will not represent either party in their dispute. I do not make any decisions. I act as a neutral third person to facilitate a resolution of their dispute. Third, I can act as a guardian ad litem. I am the voice of the children.
