Kontact Points is an honest effort to empower relations between consumers, independent merchants and manufacturers globally.
Our unique location based mobile and web platform enables in-shop and online merchants to promote offers and reward consumers with points.
Our platform POINTS EXCHANGE (PE) has multiple features and functions on a dedicated android terminal PET (Points Exchange Terminal), and gives merchants the flexibility to control their own promotion content and produce a range of targeted offers. It also gives flexibility to consumers who can collect or redeem points from any participating merchant.
Our focus is to help all consumers increase their buying power by accumulating redeemable points. This can be achieved by promoting this initiative to their contacts or participating in various activities like lifestyle surveys and downloading new mobile apps, in addition to being rewarded points for shopping from local independent businesses. A consumer can potentially collect points to a value of more than a £1,000 on average every year.
Our platform Points Exchange has a unique feature which helps manufacturers to incentivise merchants to stock their products, and reward consumers for buying their products regularly. This helps merchants to increase footfall in their outlet and gives them a cross selling opportunity.
Our unique analytics engine also allows manufacturers and merchants to profile their consumers and regularly incentivise or reward them.
