Zayn hair provides high-quality products in the selling of virgin (processed and unprocessed) human hair. We examine every bunch of hair for consistencies in length, cleanliness, and weight prior to shipping or resale. We care very much about how you present yourself and, as a result, we spend extra time and resources in making sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied. We have an exchange policy on any hair that has not been used or damaged, is in its original packaging, and is returned within 14 days of its receipt. Zayn hair will provide you with either an immediate replacement or company credit toward a future purchase.
All of our hair is sold in its natural color. It comes in a variety of different textures, including thick and shiny, thick and coarse, full and shiny, and silky and shiny. All textures of hair will shed and tangle slightly, and all Zayn hair can be reusable for up to 15 months.
The benefit of virgin hair is that any chemical service can be applied to it, just as if it’s your true hair. Purchasing virgin hair will allow for you to reuse the hair several times, depending on its overall maintenance. Over time, daily styling tools and excessive use of products will cause damage and affect the overall hair quality. Whether lighter or darker, we cannot guarantee the level of color in each hair bundle. All of our hair sheds and tangles just as your natural hair would. To minimize this tangling and shedding, some of our methods for maintenance are as follows:
We strongly recommend that you keep the hair clean. A gentle shampoo should be used with either warm or cold water, and no harsh motions should be used during this shampoo process. After the shampooing, follow with a deep, penetrating conditioning. Aggressive shampooing will break off the hair, tear the hair, and thin the hair.
Comb the hair after each wash, workout, or swim. When detangling, start from the ends and move upward, little by little, toward the scalp. Hold the base of the hair with the other hand to avoid root tension or shedding.
If you’d prefer not to pin curl or wrap the hair, you can brush or comb the hair before making a couple of large braids. The hair must be completely detangled prior to braiding. Never sleep on wet hair, for this will cause matting. If you have wavy or curly hair, we recommend that you wet the hair every morning with water and leave-in protein detangler. Avoid using alcohol-based products to achieve curls.
