Susan has been a counsellor and psychotherapist for 17 years in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Sydney. She has trained in the Hakomi method of psychotherapy, working on the different levels of awareness: Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit. She works with normal, everyday people who are going through some form of suffering, either as a result of personal issues, or an underlying sense of discontentment in their relationships. Susan aims to help clients explore and uncover what it is that is holding them back from living a fuller, more satisfying life through the use of mindfulness and experiential exercises. She works with couples and individuals. Susan also has an office at Suite 1/16 Bull Street, Cooks Hill 2300 and is open Wednesday: 10:30am - 6:30pm
