CP of the North Country

CP of the North Country was created to provide comprehensive, accessible health and human services in the counties of Northern New York to people with developmental disabilities. Our services are designed for people of all income levels but we have a special commitment to low income and medically under-served individuals. Our team is here to help people with developmental disabilities live the fullest lives possible by making sure you and your loved ones thrive in the communities of the North Country as citizens, neighbors, and friends.

Our activities and programs include: outdoor recreation, individualized support services, adaptive technology/environmental modifications, hourly respite, individualized residential alternatives, day habilitation, community habilitation, and Medicaid service coordination.
