Chef Nicola Bertolotti, a second-generation Maestro Pizzaiolo from Calabria Italy, has crafted our newly revamped pizza recipe. Previously as the Chef at Fornino Pizza in Brooklyn and Todd English's Hosteria de Campo, Bertolotti honed his skills in the art of blending Italian and NY style pizza.
