Christina Michele Stewart, APRN

Christina Stewart, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board certified nurse practitioner at Baptist Health Primary Care. She cares for patients with chronic and acute health conditions.

Prior to joining Baptist Health Primary Care in 2014, Christina worked as a nurse practitioner in many different settings, from the urgent care and telehealth to a provider in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Her wide range of experience helps her provide quality care to her patients.

Christina has helped improve the quality of care throughout Baptist Health Medical Group by developing the annual Medical Assistant Skills Optimization Fair, a continuing education fair for medical assistants. Christina also serves as a mentor for other Advanced Practice Providers who are new to Baptist Health Medical Group.

Christina’s care philosophy is to learn about the patient as a whole, rather than only considering the disease process or medical condition. She believes taking a holistic approach enables her to provide total care for her patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

In her free time, Christina spends every moment that she can with her family. She also enjoys all things DIY.
