Great Value Storage

Great Value Storage is located in a safe, heavily trafficked business district, which makes us more secure than a rural facility. We built our property on a rise so that we’d have excellent drainage to prevent flooding onsite, and we recently had new exterior lighting installed for customer safety when accessing spaces after dark. We’re proud to offer a wide variety of storage units, with climate-controlled options ranging from 5’x10’ to 10’x25’ and drive-up accessible spaces from 5’x5’ to 10’x20’. No matter which of our rentals you choose, you’ll enjoy extended access hours from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day!

We’re located behind Jimmie Lyles Flooring Gallery and Saigon, just down the street from Jackson Preparatory School, Fresh Cut Catering & Floral, and Hog Heaven Barbeque. The main entrance to our building is under a large cover, allowing you to load and unload comfortably — even in the rain! Whether you live here in Flowood or you’re from a nearby neighborhood like Brandon, Jackson, Pearl, Richland, Whitfield, Ridgeland, or Fondren, our team is happy to assist you. If you have a particularly large amount of items that you need to bring into storage, you’ll be happy to know that our facility can accommodate deliveries from large trucks (depending on the location of your space). We’ve had renters bring 18-wheelers onto the property without any issues. Though we do accept deliveries from large trucks, we do not offer vehicle parking spaces since most of our units have 6” or higher curbs at the doors.
