Farheen, Shah-Kahn, MD

Dr. Shah-Khan is committed to providing the highest level of compassionate care to patients and their families. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Southern Illinois University and a fellowship in Nephrology at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. Also, Dr. Shah-Khan has completed a fellowship in Transfusion Medicine at the University of Michigan.

In addition to caring for patients with kidney disease, hypertension, and acid-base disorders, Dr. Shah-Khan has evolved special interest in the management of nephritides and has extensive experience in managing special Therapeutic Aphaeresis Patient population.
