Meet our Orthopedic Surgeon:
Ravi K. Ponnappan, MD

Dr. Ponnappan is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who is fellowship trained in advanced techniques and complex spinal surgery of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. He has devoted his career to helping those suffering from spinal conditions and actively participates in research, teaching, and innovation. He is currently a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Ponnappan has been rated one of the top physicians in patient satisfaction and honored has one of southern New Jersey’s Top Doctors in orthopaedic spine surgery.

Dr. Ponnappan is a proud member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, and Cervical Spine Research Society. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and has received honors for his research on intervertebral disc disease as well as cervical spine compressive pathology.
