Our newly renovated studio location is fully equipped with floor to ceiling mirrors, platinum stages stainless steel 50mm and 45mm static and spin poles, fitness apparel boutique and small lounge. Our studio boasts Ottawa’s most talented aerialists, performers and top qualified certified PFIC pole fitness instructors with owner/instructor on the Board of Directors for the Pole Fitness Commission of Canada! We offer fun, unique aerial dance and fitness classes such as Pole Dancing Beginner- Expert, Lyra, Aerial Silks, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hoop, Bombshell Burlesque, Twerk , Chair Dance, Polefit, Flexibility Training, Ballet Barre, pole practice and specialty Workshops. Pole dancing classes are limited to one student per pole with no pole sharing to ensure a quality lesson with the right amount of attention per student.
