The Boot Camp involves nutrition workshops and consultations, a 5 day fresh detox juice cleanse, time spent doing gentle and fun exercises and relaxing at a local spa. These special holidays are offered by us in Ibiza and at various exciting pop-up locations in the UK and around the world.
