Joseph Raccuglia, MD

General family medicine physician Joseph R Raccuglia, MD, provides exemplary care to the residents of Freehold Township, New Jersey. He graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia in May of 1993 and completed his Family Practice residency at the Mountainside Family Practice Residency Program in Montclair, New Jersey in June of 1996. A Brooklyn native, he completed his undergraduate degree at CUNY, Brooklyn College.
Before opening his Wemrock Professional Mall office in July 2004, Dr. Raccuglia practiced with the Freehold Medical Group, from July 1996 through June 2004. Subsequently, he moved the practice to its current site at the Freehold Office Plaza in 2007.
He is board-certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine, a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, as well as the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Raccuglia is on staff at CentraState Hospital, Freehold. He is an active Family Medicine instructor at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick and an Associate Professor in Family Medicine at New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey.
