Middleton Family Medicine provides comprehensive medical care for patients from infancy through adulthood on the North Shore. Our doctors are board certified in family medicine, having trained extensively in pediatrics, internal medicine and geriatrics. This makes it possible for your whole family’s medical needs to be addressed by our primary care physicians in one convenient location. Our practice also provides a comprehensive patient portal which allows for patients view test results, request refills, referrals, and communicate with our practice.
