Retired Navy SEAL Senior Chief Terence Donnelly is the owner and operator of the black car service company Full Spectrum Executive Transport (FSET). Terence has dedicated 25 years of his life in the Navy and deployed to multiple countries to include four times to Afghanistan and three times to Iraq. In service to his country Terence was awarded the Bronze Star “V”, Joint Special Operations Command Medal, Navy Achievement “V” and many more. His dedication and commitment has transferred into the civilian sector as an entrepreneur in the transportation industry. Terence will provide top service and safety in and around the Pittsburgh area.
