We are a brand new centre equipped with a well experienced team and wide range of classes. We cater for professional athletes and teams as well as those looking to start from scratch. Our classes are delivered in a safe, motivating and supportive environment by a professional team of highly qualified coaches.
We provide dynamic and varied classes which incorporate Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting and Metabolic Conditioning suitable for athletes of all levels and ages. We cater for a broad demographic of the community, from teenagers through to the masters, beginners to competitors!.
