Sun Communities, Inc. is a fully integrated real estate company which has assembled one of the largest portfolios of manufactured home communities and RV resorts in the United States. Together with its affiliates and predecessors, Sun has been in the business of acquiring, operating, developing, and expanding manufactured housing ("MH") and recreational vehicle ("RV") communities since 1975. We lease individual parcels of land (“sites”) with utility access for placement of manufactured homes and RVs to our customers. We are also engaged in the marketing, selling, and leasing of new and pre-owned homes to current and future residents in our communities, through our sales division, Sun Home Services, Inc.
