Chateau Annette is a beautiful spacious elegant Bed & Breakfast located in heart of Kentucky’s famed Bluegrass Region, Lexington, Kentucky. With minutes to the Bluegrass airport and walking distance to Keeneland’s Thoroughbred horse racing facility, and sales complex. The Bed and Breakfast is built on 13 acres of the beautiful and historic part of the South Elkhorn Creek, offering gorgeous views of the creek, and wildlife.

The Chateau is furnished with five spacious suites and pristine views. Four suites include private balconies and two enjoy the views of neighboring paddocks. Our guests reveal that this is one of the most beautiful places located just 6 miles west of downtown Lexington.

Chateau Annette is more like a small French Castle offering luxuries Bedrooms and their private bathrooms, hidden in the heart of Blue Grass. Amazingly private and comfortable, a getaway for locals and destination for travelers, the breakfast includes local, organic and fresh ingredients, including berries, waffles, cream fresh, traditional bacon, sausage, cage free fresh eggs and fresh cut filet mignon.
