Total Health & Wellness Associates, PLLC includes health care providers from multiple disciplines (mental health, medicine, nutrition, and fitness). We focus on the individual's entire well being, emphasizing the interconnections between the mind, body, and spirit. In essence, patients learn to harness the power of the mind to heal many mental and physical ailments that often times do not or have not responded to traditional medical care approaches. We see children, adults, and families. We provide client education and clinical support services regarding lifestyle change and improved health and performance. We regularly collaborate with colleagues from various specialties to help individuals to overcome fears and address physical and mental challenges, including issues related to athletic performance, weight management, chronic pain management, self-management of chronic illness, and adjustment to temporary and permanent life changing events. We also conduct neuropsychological evaluations, pre-surgical bariatric psychological evaluations, ADHD evaluations, and law enforcement evaluations. We see individuals for a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating and weight concerns, substance use, relationship difficulties, and more.
