The Orthopedic Surgery Center of Arizona (TOSCA) is a physician owned state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center that specializes in orthopedics. Seventeen prominent orthopedic surgeons had a vision of developing a facility where patient satisfaction and quality outcomes were the measures for success.
